Session Fee's & Retainers
A 50% deposit of the entire session fee (or wedding photography package) must be paid in order to secure the date and time of your Session or your Wedding Day. The session fee covers the photographer's time and talent during your session, the editing of images, and the creation of a full image gallery. An invoice will be sent to you to pay via debit or credit card. Session Fees and Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but may be applied to another session at a later date in the case of cancelation at the photographers discretion.c
Portrait Sessions
Lifestyle Portrait and Branding photo session galleries will include at least 30 images. Mini Sessions will include at least 15 images. Minor editing (i.e color correction & cropping) is included with your session fee for no extra charge. Additional fee for major editing (to be determined depending on the extent of the edits). Online photo galleries will be made available for client viewing within 2 weeks of photo session. A link will be sent to the Clients email, from there clients can also purchase digital images, prints, and products for up to one month from the date the gallery is delivered. Digital images that are purchased from a photo session, will download straight to the Clients computer. Prints and products ordered will be delivered directly to the clients home.
Wedding Packages
Wedding Photography galleries include at least 500 images. Minor editing (i.e color correction & cropping) is included with your session fee for no extra charge. Additional fee for major editing (to be determined depending on the extent of the edits). For wedding clients, image preview galleries will be available within 8 weeks of their wedding date. Soon after wedding album photo selection will begin. Digital images purchased from a wedding will be given to the client on a custom USB external drive. But online gallery will be available for 1 year from the clients wedding date and can be downloaded straight to clients computer. Prints and products ordered will be delivered directly to the clients home.
Tardiness & Rescheduling
Clients are expected to arrive at least 15 mins early in order to prepare for photography session. Getting dressed, make up, hair, feeding children/babies, etc. should be done prior to session time. If Client arrives late without changing appointment time at least 72 hours in advance of photos session, the time will be subtracted from photo session time.
Rescheduling is available to the client but must be done at least 2 weeks in advance (this does not apply to out of town clients). Clients will be charged a $100 rescheduling fee if appointment is changed within a week of scheduled photo session (with the exception of emergency situations).
Copyright Law & Model Release
The Copyright of photographs remains with the Photographer. The Photographer grants permission to the client, and their friends and family to use photographs for personal use. Sale, publication, or any commercial use of the photographs is not allowed without prior consent from the Photographer.
The Client grants the Photographer and its legal representatives, the irrevocable and unlimited consent to use the photographs of the client for editorial, competition, advertising and other purposes and in any manner, to alter the photographs without restriction; and to copyright the images. The Clients hereby release the Photographer and its legal representatives from all liability and claims in connection with the images.
