To make it official a 25% deposit and a digitally signed contract are required. The contract will indicate when future payments are due. Once that is done you are officially a Janelle Jaqueline Bride!

The first thing we will do after you book with me is to start planing your ENGAGEMENT SESSION! It is the perfect way for us to get to know each other. It is also really helpful practice for your wedding day. So when we get to you actual wedding day you will be relaxed and comfortable in front of my camera. If you already have an idea in mind for your engagement session that is awesome! I want you to share your vision so we can bring it to life. But if you haven’t quite mapped it out yet that’s fine too. I love to help my clients prep, plan and execute an engagement session that will fit your style.

Shortly after booking with me you will receive your JJP Bridal Guide in the mail. It has a ton of information and tips to help ensure that your engagement session and wedding day are as seamless as possible. We will continue to be in touch through out the planning process. I want to hear all your ideas, see your pinterest boards, and know about all the details so when your wedding day is here we have a solid plan and we can breath easy.

About 30 days before your wedding you will also receive a pre-wedding day questionnaire. Your answers to my questionnaire are also important to help me get organized and be prepared. One of the most important details to me is your wedding day timeline.

Time to Prep

Shortly after booking with me you will receive a welcome email with a questionnaire for you to fill out with information about your wedding day. I will be providing you with a ton of information and tips to help ensure that your wedding day is as seamless as possible. Your answers to my questionnaire are also important to help me get organized and be prepared. One of the most important details to me is your wedding day timeline. No wedding day is complete without one. I want to be involved with you and your planner to help create your timeline for two reasons.

1) To ensure a realistic amount of time and consideration is given to the formal photographic portion of your day.

2) I also want to make sure that the timing of everything matches up with the most ideal natural sunlight.

We will continue to be in touch all the way up until your wedding day making sure we plan everything out thoroughly. I want to hear all your ideas, see your pinterest boards, and also double and triple check all the details so when your wedding day is here we have a solid plan and we can breath easy.

Wedding Day

Photography is not just another vendor.. I will be involved in every part of your day from start to finish. Although every wedding day is different, ideally I would like to arrive just before your make up makeup artist starts working on your bridal make up. That way I can begin shooting all your lovely details and then flow right into getting the final touches of your glam. Whether you do a first look or decide to wait until you walk down the aisle I will be there to capture every smile and maybe a few tears.

Gallery Reveal Session & Album Design

Hand editing your wedding images can take up to 8 weeks. But I know you are anxious to see (and maybe even share) them. So within a week of your wedding I will send you a couple sneak peaks. So about 2 month after your wedding day we will meet schedule a time to meet, either in person or on zoom, to look over the images from your wedding. During the gallery reveal you will be able to purchase prints, wall art for your home, and even save the dates for your wedding! You will also get to see you

Immediately following the gallery reveal I will send you a link to your online gallery with all of your final, retouched, high-resolution images. You can share the link with your family and friends, post to social media and more! I recommend changing the lock screen on your phone first :) Also, don’t forget! Your gallery comes with unlimited downloads for you and anyone you share the link with, as well as the option for your family and friends to also purchase prints from my professional lab and have them drop-shipped straight to your door.

From there we will jump right into designing a beautiful album for you. You can have your wedding album in your hand within 4 months of your big day if we plan this right.

Although your wedding day will come and go I love when my clients become more like friends and family. I want to keep in touch and would love to photograph your special moments for the rest of your life.
