Tropical Herrington on the Bay Beach Wedding

Hi everyone. Long time no blog. 🙃😂 Can you believe we are halfway through 2022 already? 😱🥲 The last year has been a world wind for me. After 2021 being most jam packed year of my career so far, I started off the new year by becoming a mommy to the most beautiful blessings God has ever given me. It’s really turned my entire world upside down. That also meant that unfortunately I had to place blogging on the back burner for a while. I literally haven’t blogged in an entire year and a half. 😫 But I am back and ready to share one of my favorite 2021 weddings on the blog today.

Pre-Covid, Brittany & Jared originally planned to have a beach destination wedding. But like so many other couples trying to plan their big day in the middle of a pandemic, they had to shift their plans. But all was not lost. These two are proved to be a beautiful example of taking life’s lemons and making lemonade. Although Brittany and Jared ultimately decided it would be better for everyone to keep things local they didn’t dismiss their original plans completely. They decided to bring the tropics to Maryland.

On August 1st 2021, Brittany & Jared’s said ‘I Do’ ❤️ in the presence of God and their loved ones overlooking the beautiful sandy beach. Their stunning tropical themed wedding was only outshined by the amount of love these two have for each other and their adorable son. Their wedding day started out a little shaky weather wise with on and off showers that almost forced them to move their beachfront ceremony indoors (we were all praying for the weather to clear up 🙏🏾). But with their planning team (B Astonished Events) carefully watching the weather updates and planned 15 min weather delay, they were able to have the ceremony of their dreams right there overlooking the beautiful Maryland bay. And the celebration after was one for the books. From heartfelt toasts to fun dancing, the love flowing through the room was undeniable. It was definitely a night to remember!

 Thank you so much for allowing me to be apart of your wedding day. It was so beautiful definitely one of my 2021 faves. You two have were such a joy to work with! And I honestly hope it doesn’t end here. I would love to be apart of the big moments in the future. I also pray that God blesses your union and allows you guys to share a lifetime of love, joy, laughter, and abundance together.
