Chicago Family Photography - Edwidge Philizaire

Since starting this Photo-blog I decided to go back and revisit some of my favorite photo sessions from the last few years. And I couldn't do that without doing a feature for this adorable family. Edwidge, her fiance and her two adorable kids were a photographers dream. 

I love kids. I photograph them all the time. And most of them are pretty well behaved. But when a photographer finds out they are photographing 2 kids under the age of 3, they are expecting the worst (multiple diaper changes, meltdowns, I have even been bitten before). But these two were a breeze. I didn't have to do any thing but talk to them and they just giggled and smiled. They made my job so easy. Just look at how adorable they are!

During my family sessions, parents always request photos of just the kids, which is always a priority. But I make an effort to always photograph the parents by themselves too. Your kids are always the star of the show, but remember there would be no them if things did not start with the two of you.

The most important theme that I incorporate into all my photographs is LOVE. It's all about capturing love for me. Thats why Family Photography will always have a special place in my heart. Just like this Family!
