Elegant Downtown Chicago Anniversary Session

Happy Wednesday…I think. 🤔 I know I can’t be the only one who is starting to loose track of what day it is during this pandemic. 😩 Honestly if that is you too then there is no judgement from me. As long as I do one thing that is good for me or productive per day, I feel like I am winning. And today that productive thing is this blog! I realized that with the busyness of last year, I did not have time to blog a lot of my favorite sessions. Welp, there is nothing like a world pandemic to slow me down. 😂

I am excited to share Tiffany and Ted’s anniversary session with you guys. These two are such a sweet couple. It was their 15th wedding anniversary and they wanted to commemorate the moment with some beautiful images. I LOVE anniversary sessions! 😍 I have already planned a bunch for me and my husband in the coming years (shhh don’t tell him 😂). I think it’s so important to continue documenting your love story even after your wedding day. It’s all apart of your legacy. It’s also a lot of fun getting all dressed up with your person. 👩‍❤️‍👨 And boy did Tiffany and Ted get dressed for the occasion! I knew these two were really my kinda people when they decided to wear a formal gown and a tux without me sending any type of style suggestions. Definitely clients after my own heart. 😩❤️ As much as I loved how they were dressed, that’s not even my favorite thing about them. As a photographer I like to think of myself as a professional people watcher, the kind who gets paid for it not the creepy kind. 😩😂 It’s actually my job to witness couples interact and love on each other. My favorite thing about this session was watching these two interact with each other. They are so sweet to each other. Ted even helped Tiffany put on her super cute high heel shoes. Such a gentleman. 🥰

You guys are the best! I had a great time photographing your anniversary session. My couples are normally just entering marriage but it was a privaledge to be around a couple who have already shared 15 wonderful years together and are still so much in love. You guys are #RelationshipGoals for sure. I hope I get to photograph you and your family again soon. Oh and I wish you guys another 15 beautiful years of marriage.
