‘True LOVE always prevails!’ On October 2nd, 2020, Dominque and Jared said ‘I DO’ at the Sheraton Valley Forge Hotel in King of Prussia, PA under a beautiful white tent with the people they loved the most there to witness. And despite the uncertainty of 2020 and having to switch venues not even 60 days of your wedding 😱(thanks covid 🙄) these two persevered! Dominque was escorted down the aisle in her gorgeous L&H bridal dress and fancy shoes with with red bottoms 👠by her father to marry the love of her life Jared! (who as you can see definitely matched her fly.) And they were surrounded their children and their closest family and friends to help them celebrate the beginning of
Read More‘It’s the LOVE for me!’ ❤️On September 27th, 2020, a beautiful day filled with blue skies and sunshine, Krystina and Anthony exchanged their wedding vows on a beach over looking the gorgeous blue waters. And with masks and tear filled eyes their closest friends and families were there to witness. It was literally one of the most gorgeous ceremony’s I have ever photographed. 😍 And though I am still swooning, their beautiful ceremony was nothing compared to the excitement and love that was felt throughout their entire
Read MoreI am so excited to share some Basia and Gary’s engagement session on the blog today. Honestly the way 2020 has kind of rocked our world I am admitting that I am behind on keeping the blog up to date. So this is most likely the first of a ton of blog posts to come (bare with me guys 😂). But there is no cuter couple to get back in to the swing of things than Basia and Gary!
Read MoreHappy Tuesday Folks! Today I’m back to digging into the archives to share one of my favorite sessions of 2019. Let me re-introduce you guys to the Witty Family. I say re-introduce because this is their 2nd maternity session that I have shot for them. And they BRING it everytime! So their first session was actually one of the first sessions I ever had the opportunity to shoot in D.C. We shot near the historic Jefferson Memorial and it was epic
Read MoreHappy Wednesday…I think. 🤔 I know I can’t be the only one who is starting to loose track of what day it is during this pandemic. 😩 Honestly if that is you too then there is no judgement from me. As long as I do one thing that is good for me or productive per day, I feel like I am winning. And today that productive thing is this blog! I realized that with the busyness of last year, I did not have time to blog a lot of my favorite sessions. Welp, there is nothing like a world pandemic to slow…
Read MoreThe National Arboretum is a very large outdoor nature museum that has The National Capitol Columns inside, which is one D.C.’s well known monuments. This was my first time visiting the Arboretum and one thing I did not realize was how large so it is. It is miles and miles of nature. So it was a little challenging to find where on the grounds the actual monument is. Luckily for me Cherise and her Mom met up with me and directed me to the exact right spot. Honestly if it weren’t for them I would probably still be turned around trying to find the monument. 😂Although the views were stunning, I have to say my favorite part was getting Cherise in front of my lens and having her awesome mom there as a helper. These two are so fun and sweet. It was like photographing a friend I’ve known for years.
Read MoreIf I had to pick 2 words to describe Crystal & Spenser’s wedding day I would have to choose, teary eyed and joyful (and yes I realize ‘teary eyed' is technically not one word but humor me people lol). Watching them recited their vows to one another was the most memorable part of the day for me. ❤️ It was the way they looked at each other with tears in their eyes, as they told each other how much they loved each other and how much this moment meant to each of them. It was such a heartfelt moment that even a few bridesmaid’s and their moms were wiping away tears. 😭 But I can’t just say the day was teary eyed because that would not tell the whole story. Tears can mean so many things …
Read MoreHappy Friday-eve guys! Now the usual format for my blog post is to start out by picking one favorite moment from the couples wedding day and sharing it in an impactful way to draw in your attention and make you want to keep reading (I guess I just gave away the magic 😂). But to try and pick just one moment from Tiana and Naeem’s wedding day is nearly impossible. It truly was such an awesome day that I don’t have one singular moment to share. But one thing that seemed to be the common thread throughout the entire day is the way every single person spoke of these two, both individually and as a….
Read MoreMost wedding ceremonies are filled with deep gazes, meaningful words, and happy tears. Ashley and Stephan’s wedding had each of those things. But something else unique happened that really stood out to me. In the middle of their ceremony there was a loud disruptive noise. It stopped everyone in their tracks, including the minister performing the ceremony. And in a moment when some brides would have gotten upset that about a disruption happening in the middle of the ceremony they had spent months planning, Ashley did the exact opposite…
Read MoreWe are a little over a week away from Tiana & Naeem’s wedding day! They will be my first wedding in a completely new decade. It’s crazy to even type that! 😱 I have now officially been a photographer for 2 decades (kinda lol). But in honor of such a momentous occasion, I wanted to give you guys a little sneak peak of what is to come. I have shared a few of these on Instagram and Facebook but their engagement session is definitely one of…
